  • Can I order the MASTERPULS®ONE from outside France?
    Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. No additional costs except in Switzerland, where 8,1% VAT is charged.
  • What are the "satisfied or reimbursed" conditions?
    All our products are "satisfied or reimbursed" for 15 days from receipt of your parcel. If the product is not to your liking, we will reimburse you within 10 working days of its return. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Why are your prices more affordable than those of your competitors?
    Our policy is to make medical technologies, such as shock wave therapy, accessible to as many people as possible, without reducing the performance or reliability of our devices. To achieve this, we are changing the way we distribute our products. Minimizing intermediaries by enabling direct online purchasing allows us to reduce prices.
  • How to find the right intensity of treatment?
    The aim is to adapt the intensity of treatment to the patient's pain sensation. Treatment intensity can generally be increased with each session, thanks to the healing process. Start with intensity level 3. Reduce the intensity by pressing - until it is tolerable for your patient, or increase the intensity by pressing + until the patient's pain threshold is reached.
  • What is your warranty?
    The warranty is valid for 2 years and/or 20 Million impulses.
  • Who pays for delivery?
    We offer delivery to all European countries.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are manufactured in Switzerland and Germany.
  • In which languages can you contact us?
    By e-mail in all languages. By telephone, English and French only.
  • What is included in the purchase of the MASTERPULS®ONE?

  • Why buy an additional handpiece?
    An additional handpiece allows you to change handpieces easily thanks to the snap-in feature, without having to unscrew and change the transmitter. The idea is to have several handpieces, each with a different transmitter, for ease of use and to save time during treatment.
  • What color is the handpiece in a classic order?
    The handpiece is grey.
  • How do I create an account?
    Creating an account couldn't be easier. Simply enter your contact details and device serial number to receive unlimited access to our educational support.
  • Training on how to use Masterpuls One?
    Access to Storz Academy : Explanatory videos, illustrated protocols, downloadable materials for each pathology, webinars and other content are available....
  • How is maintenance on the handpiece carried out?
    Maintenance can be carried out directly by you, thanks to our revision kit.
  • How often are wear parts changed?
    We recommend changing them every million strokes.
  • How do I clean the handpiece?
    The device is supplied with a brush for cleaning the inside of the handpiece. We recommend cleaning the inside of the handpiece every 3 months.
  • How much does it cost to replace wearing parts?
    360 euros incl. VAT, delivery included. Revision kit includes: two firing pins and two cylindrical tubes.
  • What are the wearing parts?
    The only wearing parts are the guiding tube and the projectile inside the handpiece.
